AlpacaFest West 2008: Don Diego was invited to be on Stud Row for their auction and since he is so polite and loves people and had no girls waiting at that time to be bred I entered him in the 2+ Halter class and dragged him along for the fun of it. He took the blue ribbon in his class which only had one other entry but then for the first time in his life he had his first Championship class available to him. At 7 1/2 years old he was awarded the Reserve Champion Banner behind a lovely yearling belonging to Windy Hill. I have never been so proud!
